The 7 working days start when a suitable sample is accepted for testing. We will contact you if clarification is needed.

Can I send any sample?

Confirm suitability and shipping conditions first. The scope depends on the material and method.

Where are my results?

In My results in your account. Email notifications do not contain the private PDF.

Can someone else see my report?

Only if you share the PDF or enable a public link. Links can be disabled; downloaded copies cannot be recalled.

Sample preparation and shipping

Requirements depend on the material and scope of testing. Do not ship until you have received confirmation of the conditions and delivery address.

Include the selected analysis and order number, if available.
Describe the sample type, physical form, known composition and available amount.
Disclose known hazards and provide an available safety data sheet.
Use a sample identifier matching the information sent to LABLC.
