Depending on the function used, we process contact and billing details, correspondence, account and order details, sample and report information, and technical data such as IP addresses and session identifiers. Do not send unnecessary personal information. An analytical result is personal data where it can be linked to an individual. Pre-contract enquiries and services: GDPR Article 6(1)(b); legal and accounting duties: (c); other correspondence, website security and legal claims: (f), our legitimate interests; optional technologies requiring consent: (a). Providing data is voluntary, but information necessary to respond or perform a service is needed for that purpose.
Data may be received by hosting, email and IT providers, accounting or delivery providers where needed, and authorised public bodies. The website uses GoDaddy hosting and CookieYes consent management. WordPress and WooCommerce are website software, not automatically recipients of all data. Online payments are not yet enabled.
Order data is kept for performance and subsequently for applicable documentation duties or justified claims periods. Correspondence is kept as needed to handle the matter and related claims; accounting records for the statutory period. Consent-based processing lasts until withdrawal or completion of its purpose, subject to retaining evidence of lawful processing. The detailed retention schedule, processing locations and any transfers outside the EEA still need to be completed.
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Erasure does not cover records we must retain by law. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the President of UODO in Poland. Requests: contact@lablc.com.

We update this policy as website operations and organisational details change. The current version appears here. A policy change does not itself constitute consent where consent is required.
