The address and registration details of Lablc Sp. z o.o. are being completed. Contact: contact@lablc.com.
The LABLC website (lablc.com) operates under the name Lablc Sp. z o.o. Questions, service enquiries and complaints: contact@lablc.com. These terms are available free of charge and may be saved or printed.
Protein analysis: PLN 799; peptide analysis: PLN 499; endotoxin analysis: PLN 499. Each fixed price covers one analysis of one sample within the product description, including a report, interpretation and a sample photograph. Additional work requires a separate agreement; no unagreed charges are added.
Adding a product to the cart does not conclude a contract. Check the analysis, sample quantity, contact details and price before commissioning work. Online payments are not yet available. Agree acceptance of the work and settlement arrangements via contact@lablc.com; arrangements are confirmed in correspondence. These terms do not replace individual confirmation that a commission has been accepted.
Before shipping, request preparation, labelling and packaging instructions and the current delivery address. Samples are sent by post or courier at the customer’s expense; personal delivery is not offered. Disclose the material and known hazards. If a sample is damaged, incorrectly labelled or unsuitable, we contact the customer to agree the next steps. Samples may be consumed during testing; remaining material is disposed of after analysis and is not returned.
Store analyses have a turnaround of 7 working days from sample receipt, subject to the rules on a consumer’s request for early performance. We inform the customer of obstacles and agree the next steps. Reports are delivered electronically and apply only to the tested sample and scope; they are neither a medical diagnosis nor general certification of product safety. Order details and results are confidential and shared with authorised persons or as required by law.
Send complaints to contact@lablc.com with a description and information identifying the commission. A missing order number does not remove the right to complain. We respond within 14 days of receipt. Complaints are not restricted to 14 days after delivery of the report. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
A consumer entering a distance service contract generally has 14 days from its conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a statement to contact@lablc.com, for example: “I withdraw from the contract for [analysis/order], concluded on [date]. Name, contact details, date.” This wording is optional. Refunds due are made under applicable law, generally within 14 days of receiving withdrawal. Starting before the withdrawal period ends requires the consumer’s express request and appropriate confirmation; accepting these terms or sending a sample is insufficient. The right may be lost after full performance only where all legal conditions are met, including prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence. Withdrawal following a valid request for early performance may require proportionate payment for work performed. Without an early-performance request, work starts after the withdrawal period.
Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Changes do not retrospectively alter existing contracts. Consumers may seek help from the relevant consumer advice body and available alternative dispute-resolution procedures.
